Her mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered to lead a healthier life.

Samreen Bhimani, MSN, FNP-C
Samreen Bhimani is a highly qualified and compassionate board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in providing exceptional primary care. With a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University, she combines advanced clinical knowledge with a holistic approach to patient care.
Mrs. Bhimani has dedicated her career to serving patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. She specializes in preventive care, annual visits, chronic disease management, and acute conditions, ensuring her patients achieve their health goals through personalized and evidence-based treatment plans. Her expertise spans the management of diverse acute and chronic conditions, including but not limited to hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroid, diabetes, arthritis, and various dermatological, musculoskeletal, and psychological concerns. She provides comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs, with a focus on education, prevention, and long-term wellness.
Her commitment to quality care extends beyond clinical treatment. Samreen takes pride in building meaningful connections with her patients and their families, fostering trust and open communication to guide them through their health journey. As a patient advocate, she emphasizes a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach to healthcare.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Mrs. Bhimani enjoys spending time with her family, going on nature hikes, and going on family vacations.

Dr. Amina Hassanali, MD
Dr. Amina Hassanali, MD is a highly experienced physician with more than 40 years of lifetime clinical experience, including over 25 years practicing medicine in the United States. She earned her medical degree from Liaquat Medical College in Pakistan, where she began her medical career and practiced clinically before working internationally.
Prior to relocating to the United States, Dr. Hassanali practiced medicine in Pakistan and Tanzania, including at Muhimbili Hospital in Tanzania, one of East Africa’s leading tertiary and teaching hospitals. Her global clinical experience has strongly shaped her culturally responsive, patient-centered approach to care.
After moving to the United States, Dr. Hassanali completed additional clinical training at Morehouse School of Medicine, further strengthening her foundation in community-focused and equitable healthcare delivery.
Dr. Hassanali is deeply committed to service and community health. She helped found the local ICNA clinic and remains actively involved in community outreach through the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) and the Ismaili Health Professionals Association (IHPA), supporting access to care and health education for underserved populations.
She serves as a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Civil Surgeon, providing immigration medical examinations (Form I-693) in accordance with federal guidelines. She practices alongside her daughter, Dr. Alia Lepere, a board-certified family medicine physician, offering patients a multigenerational, family-centered approach to care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hassanali enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is a proud grandmother who especially enjoys spoiling her two grandchildren, a role she treasures deeply.
